Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  We offer $15 flat rate shipping on all merchandise and beer (up to 2 cubes per order) to locations within Western Australia only.

We offer $15 flat rate shipping for all non-beer products (merchandise items only) to other Australian locations.

Please note we do not currently ship beer products interstate.

In-venue pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at The Brewhouse - 35 Bussell Highway, Margaret River, WA, 6285 . After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are Mon-Thu 11am-7pm & Fri-Sun 11am-9pm on. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. However if you would like to purchase merchandise only (not beer) please contact us and we can arrange a specific shipping price based on your location.

Damages

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@margaretriverbeer.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Missing or lost package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Margaret River Beer Co. politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order, please contact us at hello@margaretriverbeer.co to report missing or lost packages.
